Purchase a Mini or Standard Herbalife Members Pack (or HMP) for ZMW 700 and ZMW 750 respectively. The HMP comes with application forms, formula 1 and a mixing cup.
Fill out and submit the application forms at the Herbalife Distribution Centre at Farmers House along Cairo Road.
Have the Application accepted by Herbalife. At this stage, you are now eligible to purchase Herbalife Nutrition Products at a 25% discount.
